Bay Counselling & Therapy Service has been in operation from its premises in Tenth Avenue for over 34 years. We are part of the furniture of Tauranga and our reputation draws a lot of clients to us.
We currently have 9 counsellors sharing five rooms and benefit from a full time administrator.
We have various EAP contracts and contracts with local organisations that offer high value work to our practitioners, with autonomy over who you see and when you work.
In essence, we are a fantastic way of entering private practice, either as a someone wanting to move into private practice from agency work, or a newcomer to Tauranga.
