We are able to meet clients face-to-face. We ask that when you come to your appointment you wait in your car until your counsellor texts you to come into the office. You must be wearing a mask, sanitise your hands at the front door, and go directly to your counsellors office where you can scan in.
We are still able to offer virtual appointments (Zoom, Facetime, Skype, etc) or phone sessions, if you would prefer this please organise directly with your counsellor. To book an appointment you can phone the office or you can contact a counsellors directly, you’ll find details under “Our Counsellors”.
We do ask that if you are displaying any signs of illness (fever, cough or shortness of breath) you contact your counsellor and consider deferring appointments until you are well to minimise the spread of any illness.

Each practitioner at Bay Counselling & Therapy Service abides by the code of ethical standards of their professional association, which you can view from each counsellors page. We have our own Child Protection Policy.
If you wish to see a particular counsellor please indicate this when you ring for an appointment. Otherwise appointments will be made with the earliest available therapist at a time that suits you. Self-referrals are welcome.
