- We will be retaining contact details of everyone who enters our buildings, in the unlikely event it is required for contact tracing. As with all our client information, this will be held on site. This will not be released unless absolutely necessary for tracing Covid-19. in the unlikely event we are required to release any contact information please be assured that the only information released will be names and phone/emails. No details of counselling will be released. Contact tracing relates only to visits to our building and does not apply to video or phone counselling. Your counsellor can help with any questions you have about this.
Please know that these actions sit uncomfortably with us. We value our manaakitanga and our hosting of clients, but at this time we must prioritise safety and the actions above are designed to keep everyone safe until we can return to business as normal.

There is a formal referral process that is done following a consultation with your doctor. Please check that your medical practice belongs to the PHO before booking an appointment with your GP to discuss this.
