Bay Counselling is open for face-to-face counselling. We are still able to offer virtual appointments (Zoom, Facetime, Skype, etc) or phone sessions, if you would prefer this please organise directly with your counsellor. To book an appointment you can phone the office or you can contact a counsellors directly, you’ll find details under “Our Counsellors”. Please note – we do not offer a “drop in” service. Appointments must be made in advance by calling 07 578 0959.
We ask that when you come to your appointment you wait in your car until your counsellor texts you to come into the office. You must be wearing a mask, sanitise your hands at the front door, and go directly to your counsellors office where you can scan in.
We do ask that if you are displaying any signs of illness (fever, cough or shortness of breath) you contact your counsellor and consider deferring appointments until you are well to minimise the spread of any illness.
