Bay Counselling & Therapy Service has been in operation from its premises in Tenth Avenue for over 34 years. We are part of the furniture of Tauranga and our reputation draws a lot of clients to us.
We currently have 9 counsellors sharing five rooms and benefit from a full time administrator.
We have various EAP contracts and contracts with local organisations that offer high value work to our practitioners. You can hit the ground running with a list of clients to see from day one, with autonomy over who you see and when you work.
In essence, we are a fantastic way of entering private practice, either as a someone wanting to move into private practice from agency work, or a newcomer to Tauranga.
