My former experience as a school teacher, life coach and marriage celebrant have culminated in my desire to help people as a qualified counsellor. I will work with you as you travel on your healing journey as a supportive, non-judgemental therapist. We will move at your own pace through a range of modalities to suit you. Your counselling experience is a safe space where confidentiality is maintained, and you are able to express your thoughts, feelings and worries.
I am married to Paul and have two married adult children and 5 grandchildren. We have recently relocated to the Bay of Plenty where I am joining Bay Counselling in June 2022. I love being a grandmother and enjoy visiting my grandchildren as often as I can. I am also enjoying settling into our new community in the Western Bay of Plenty where we regularly use the many cycling and walking tracks.
I have relocated from Auckland’s Hibiscus Coast where I was in private practice counselling children, youth, young adults and families. I was also a school counsellor in a full primary school working with children and adults. Other counselling experience includes Hospice working with patients and families, Youth at Risk and adults.
